Where is my Charm link?

There are 3 ways the sender can share the Charm link with you.

  1. Email address provided by sender: An email sent to you containing the Charm link. If the sender has provided an accurate email address and you have not received it, please check your spam folder or request sender to resend the Charm link.
  2. Text message on mobile phone provided by sender: The Charm link sent to you via text message. You can request sender to resend if you have not received the Charm link.
  3. Sender shares link directly with you: The sender can email, text, whatsapp or use any digital platform to share the personalized Charm link.
Does Charm work with all phones?

No. Some older phones are not supported by Charm as they are not equipped with the necessary hardware features to run augmented reality. Charm works on both iOS and Android phones with the following minimum specifications:

  1. iPhone X & iOS version 12 or higher
  2. Android 9 or higher with at least 8 GB RAM
How do I experience the Charm sent to me?

Click on the Charm link emailed/texted to you. You will be directed to the appstore to download the Charm app. Once downloaded, click on the Charm link again and it will open the Charm app with the special message from your sender. The following are the simple steps involved:

  1. Place card on any flat surface
  2. Point your phone camera to the card
  3. Your card will come alive with holiday greetings
  4. A vibrant artist plays a holiday song
  5. Your personalized video & text message is showcased
  6. All in a festive setting with joy and cheer
I point to the card but nothing happens

This can happen if

  1. You are pointing phone at the wrong card – Your card and Charm are linked together.
  2. You have very low internet connection and the app is unable to download your message to display in augmented reality. In this situation, please connect to wifi or a better network, close the app and try clicking on the Charm again.
  3. Your phone is not compatible. Please check compatibility requirements.
Can I save my Charms?

Absolutely. You can save as many Charms as you wish and use it as many times as you wish. You will the specific card linked to each Charm.

Can I reply by sending a Charm back to the sender?

Yes of course! There are 8 cards to select from. Simply choose the card you wish to send. Upload a personalized video and text message. Schedule a date for delivery. That’s it!

Can I share my Charm with others?

You most certainly can. They will however need the specific card your Charm is linked to. Without which the Charm that you share will not work. Your Charm has personalized message built in so keep that in mind when sharing.

Is the scheduled delivery date guaranteed?

No, it is not. Charm uses a third party shipping company and we try to deliver either on or slightly before the scheduled date. There are rare incidences when shipping is delayed.

Can I buy in bulk?

Absolutely! Charm has special rates for bulk sale and B2B purchases. Please contact sales@charmbykaalo.com to request a quote.
